How quickly will you reply to a quote request?
We aim to reply within 1 business day. If it's urgent, give us a call.
What should I put in my enquiry?
Your suburb, what needs doing and the rough size of the property are the main things. Tell us when you'd like us to come, too.
Do you work in my suburb?
We cover the Brisbane CBD and 23 inner suburbs. If yours isn't on the list but you're close by, ask us.
Is the quote free?
Yes, quotes are free. For a bigger property or a trickier job, we may ask for photos or a site visit before we confirm the price.
What services can I get a quote for?
Any job on our services page. That includes lawn mowing, hedge trimming and garden maintenance, for homes and commercial sites. We also quote topiary, irrigation and soft landscaping.
Do I need to be home for you to quote the job?
Not always. A short description, your suburb and a few photos are often enough to get started. For a bigger job we might suggest a site visit before we price it.
How do you work out the price?
Each job gets its own quote. Size, access, the garden's condition, green waste and whether it's one off or ongoing all change the price.
Can you split a big job into stages?
Yes. If the whole garden needs work, we can break it into stages. You'll know what has to happen first and what can wait.
Can you tidy the garden before a sale?
Yes. We do one off tidy ups for overgrown gardens and for homes about to go on the market. If there's an inspection or listing photos coming up, give us the date and we'll sort out which jobs to do first.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
Tell us what bugs you most about the garden and how you'd like it to look. We'll suggest the jobs that fit, so you don't have to pick from a list.
